203 - Vehicle fires

Diesel/petrol vehicles:

A vehicle fire usually requires an engine and an RA depending on the amount of vehicles involved. The crew will fight the fire with a mix of water and foam

IMPORTANT: Do not fight a vehicle fire with just water. Reference video

Electric vehicles:

The problem with electric vehicles is that the battery will keep igniting itself, fire crews will contain the fire as much as possible and contact other services to pick up the vehicle and let it sit in a container for 2-4 days with a chemical mixture.
