When arriving on a fire scene, the Fire Department immediately takes scene command. This means that the commanding fire fighter is responsible for handling both Law Enforcement and other fire fighters. You should immediately ensure that LEOs immediately set up a safe perimeter around the area. There must also be a clear perimeter that even LE cannot pass, this is to ensure there safety as well as yours. You should be civil with Law Enforcement at all times, if you have any issues with an officer, immediately file a report.
If a towing company arrives on scene and attempts to tow away a vehicle, you should inform them that the vehicle cannot be moved until it has been secured. If they persist, and refuse to leave the vehicle, you should report them to the nearest Law Enforcement Officer.
There is no strict rulings for your uniforms in the Fire Department, however there are some guidelines that you should follow.
Class A uniform should only be used at formal events. Do not wear at station. Command is exempt from this.
Class B or C uniforms should be warn at all times when active as FD. However, these can be altered from the EUP menu, so long as what you are wearing is approved by a supervisor. The only exception to this is if you are assigned to Medic, in which case, you may wear one of the EMS uniforms.
The Bunker Gear Uniform should only be used when you're leaving for a call, or when you have just got back. DO NOT WEAR AT STATION UNLES TOLD OTHERWISE
Your PPE and full Turnouts should only be used when present on a scene. DO NOT WEAR AT STATION UNLES TOLD OTHERWISE
